Project Coordinator

Summary of Role

The Project Coordinator role will help the Project Management team in delivering every project on time, on budget, and in scope. They will serve as an extension of the Project Managers by assisting in the logistics of a project while the Project Managers will be the primary points of contact to the customer. They will work directly with the Project Managers to assign work efforts and schedule resources in a manner that most efficiently serves the team and meets the customer’s needs. They will contribute to the department and company goals that aim to meet and exceed client expectations through consistent and timely delivery of quality websites and products. They will also assist the Project Managers in various administrative duties.


  • Communicate with Project Managers in a positive, organized, and accountable manner
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in scope
  • Maintain detailed records of weekly meeting notes and updates to processes and procedures
  • Assist with managing resource availability and allocation by working with others on the Project Management team
  • Assist with project execution by coordinating task assignments to the team
  • Interact with contractors to request availability and assign resources
  • Coordinate the submission of content and assets for the website build
  • Maintain positive relationship with Jonah’s clients when acting on behalf of the Project Manager by proactively managing expectations, staying attentive to the customer’s needs, and meeting promised deadlines
  • Empathize and acknowledge the internal team and customers' needs to create trusted and loyal partnerships
  • Assist Project Management team with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
