Summary of Role

We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the Chief Creative Officer and improving design tasks. To be successful as a junior graphic designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, a successful junior graphic designer should be willing to serve the entire team by being open to learning more and creating impressive designs that communicate the company’s vision and goals.


  • Understanding project requirements and ideas.
  • Add content to clients websites, including resizing photos, reformatting logos, updating copy, etc.
  • Update sales sheet templates. Design marketing emails and social media assets.
  • Pitch creative concepts for social media and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to learn and implement design process.Use feedback from other team members to improve.


  • Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Figma.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, such as page layout, prototyping and graphic application of brand standards.
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
  • Self-driven and the ability to work autonomously with time management skills.
  • A talent for creativity and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in creating motion graphics or videos for social media is a plus.
